How do you deal with work stress?
I find relaxation in the outdoors by biking through woods and meadows, walking beneath a blue sky, listening to the sounds of nature, and gliding in
a kayak on the gentle currents of the Saale river.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
A former night owl with an early bird child, attending an early bird school.
How do you usually start a day?
With a delicious porridge topped with fresh fruit.
